All orders are produced within 7-10 working days. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

These are tracked services and you should receive your tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note these sometimes go into junk email folders.

As we are a small business we do not offer next day services.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after 10 working days please get in touch and we will investigate for you, however we are not responsible for delays or stolen orders and cannot provide refunds for orders that may still be on route.

Returns may be accepted if a return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your item. You can do this by sending us a message or by email to woof@woofsy.co.uk. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Returns are not accepted for edible or personalised items.
